Do you offer free estimates?

  • Yes, all estimates are free. Contact us and try to provide as much information as possible pertaining to the job so we can provide a quote that accurately reflects the job. Quotes are subject to change if we arrive at the job and there is additional information not provided to us during the contact process.

What items do you accept?

  • Anything we can fit into the back of our truck (We operate a 10 foot long box truck that is 6 feet wide and 6 feet high). We have SOME items we cannot take.

Is there anything you cannot take?

  • Hazardous materials, paint, propane tanks, batteries, anything with asbestos or lead, liquid waste and/or septic waste. If you think you have anything we cannot take just ask!

Do I need to move my items to the curb?

  • No, but if you request curbside services you are subject to a $25 discount. You will still be charged by volume or weight of whatever you put on the curb.

Do I need to bag up loose trash?

  • Depends. Yes for curbside, no for interior of property.

Will you clean up the area after the junk is gone?

  • Yes, BUT if area is excessively dirty then you will be subject to our difficulty fee. Check out our services page for our costs.

How do you calculate your prices?

  • We charge by volume or weight. Our services page offers a detailed description on how we charge by either volume or weight, and why your job qualifies for either or.

I only have 1 thing for you to take, is there a minimum fee?

  • Single item and small volume junk hauls are subject to our curbside $25 discount. To find out if your haul is subject to small volume discount contact us for a quote.

Are you licensed and insured?

  • Yes, both our truck and business is professionally insured. We have policies in place to protect you, your property, and products from damage. When requesting a job ask for more information on what our insurance covers.

What steps do you take to protect my property?

  • Our business is also insured when it pertains to cargo. If you need us to move anything from point A to B in our truck and it were to be damaged along the way, then your items are covered. Our inventory is stocked with the appropriate equipment to achieve the jobs we provide, and we also have a working protocol to insure safety is maximized and errors are prevented at all costs.

How soon can I book an appointment?

  • Anytime. You can contact us 24/7, however you are more likely to get a quick response by contacting us during our service hours

What are your service hours?

  • Monday-Friday 11am-8pm. We are willing to work outside of our service hours to complete jobs, but please be aware this is not guaranteed.

Do you work weekends?

  • Our standard hours are Mon-Fri 11am-8pm. HOWEVER, we are often available on Saturdays by appointment for specific jobs. Please contact us to check availability (a weekend convenience fee may apply).

  • We are a co-owned business, and both of the owners attend every job. We do not source third party for any of our jobs, it will always just be us two.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, CashApp, Square, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, PayPal and Zelle. Credit Card payments are subject to a processing fee. If you use anything not provided please reach out to ask if we support it.

What happens to my junk after you pick it up?

  • We either donate it or take it to the nearest landfill. Anything and everything we take we donate if we can, and this is always our first priority.

Can I get a donation receipt for any of my items?

  • Yes. If a charity accepts your items, we can email or text you a photo of the receipt for FREE. If you require a physical copy mailed to you, a $25 admin fee applies.

Do you service outside of London, Ohio?

  • We primarily operate within London, but we service the entire Madison County. We are willing to travel to neighboring locations just outside of the county, but distance will be a factor. If your distance is considered too far for us and you still want our services then we can try to work out a travel cost fee.

Are there any hidden fees?

  • We have no hidden fees. All fees are listed on our services page. If you have questions about the fees listed feel free to reach out and ask for further details.

Do you offer same-day or next-day services?

  • Yes, but a fee MAY be applicable. Check our services page for more details or contact us.

Do I need to be home for the appointment?

  • No, but you have to specify that when requesting an appointment. It is assumed you will be present unless you say otherwise. A waiting fee is imposed after 15 minutes late to appointment, so please specify when requesting an appointment!

I have a project that isn’t junk removal. Can I call you?

  • Yes, if you think we can do your job do not hesitate to ask! However, we prioritize our junk hauling and removal jobs over odd jobs not specifically listed under our services page.

What odd jobs do you do?

  • Beyond junk removal, we offer Light Demolition (Sheds, Hot Tubs, Playsets) and Labor Services (moving heavy furniture within your home).

Can you help me move furniture from one room to another without hauling it away?

  • Yes, that falls under our difficulty fee which is listed on our services page. An additional difficulty fee is applied for each hour on the job. (i.e. 2hrs of moving furniture around equals $50 in fees).

Do you offer light demolition?

  • Yes, we charge $75 for small demo jobs like shed removal, hot tub demo, etc.

Do you take construction debris or scrap metal?

  • Yes, but we charge by the weight for these items.

Do you take heavy items like pianos or gym equipment?

  • Yes, but you will have to pay our difficulty fee. Safes and heavy items will also be charged by our bed weight fee.

Do you do cleanouts for evictions or hoarding situations?

  • Yes, but you may be subject to our difficulty fee depending on the severity of the situation.
